Weight//Cardio Workout

Here is the first workout!  This is a great strength/cardio workout and it is 40 minutes long!

(I think a little bit may have been cut out from my original edit, but be sure to finish your first round of those three moves twice through! pt. 2 begins with fast feet and it shows me only doing that once.  I did 30 sec. skater (jump to the side and tap toe, then jump to other side and tap toe) 30 sec. fast feet, and 30 sec. skater and 30 sec. fast feet)

Equipment needed for this workout:  
2lb. weights (or water bottle)
6lb. weights (or close to)
4lb. weights (or close to)
resistance band (blue=medium resistance)
